Established in 2012, I crafted the Urban Grill concept with focus on multi-cultural cuisine offering creative dishes using only the highest quality fresh seafood, prime beef, organic grains and fresh local produce. The menu offers classic American Bistro and Italian cuisine along with several Asian influenced dishes. Daily seasonal specials are created using the very best produce and seafood available. Some of our seasonal house favorite dishes include spicy Seafood Jambalaya, Copper River Salmon, delicate Norwegian Skrei, fresh summer peach caprese, crispy duck confit, cassoulet, duck tacos and beef stroganoff just to name a few.
Relaxing and enjoying a favorite wine, craft cocktail or local brew is an essential part of any dining experience and together paired with a particular dish can enhance any dining experience. Our sommelier created, boutique wine list offers some of the best wines throughout Napa Valley, Sonoma, Paso, Santa Barbara as well as various imports. Our Hand Crafted Cocktail menu changes seasonally offering spirits from around the world. Our selection of local Texas breweries offer some of the best beers available.
Having spent most of our adult lives in the restaurant business, Jaylene and I understand the importance of friendly, professional, and attentive service. We absolutely enjoy getting to know our customers and along with our team we will take care to help make every guest's dining experience an enjoyable one. Whether your are in for a quick burger fix or bowl of our tri tip chili or in to enjoy a four course dining adventure, we are the perfect choice for a wonderful meal.
